Tammy Algood, host of the Volunteer Gardener, treated
viewers to a tour of Deby Pitts formal courtyard garden
that acts as an extension of her Italian-style villa. A row of
trees and shrubs form a wall of the courtyard that serves
as the backdrop of a color garden. The backyard features
a collection of favorite trees that have matured into a living
fence. Plus, there’s an emphasis on edible landscaping
with fruit-producing trees and shrubs.
